Normal dreams :

Normal dreams comes just like your daily activities for example going to school, collage,office,store etc.These kinds of dreams occur on sleep, when your mind thinking of those jobs deeply.There is no problem with those dreams and it helps you to bring thoughts about your activities.

Day dreams :

Day dreams is nothing but dreaming on full of concious,focus, attention.It occurs when your eyes get opened and think about something deeply.Most of the day dreamer will think about their future.They have lots of desires and care about future,hence they dreams.Daydream always connected to our body and we never forget it.

False awakening dreams :

These kinds of dreams occur ,when a person trying to open his eyes to escape from a bad dreams,he believes that he woken up but really he is still sleeping this is false awakening dreams.When a sudden moment or sudden signal strike from his brain can make to wake up him.

Lucid dreams : 

The fact is Lucid dreams comes for a few people,this is proved scientifically.Example for lucid dream ,"a person is dreaming while sleep,he feels the dream is happening but suddenly at one point he comes to know it was a dream,hence this is Lucid dream.

Nightmares : 

Horror movies, accidents, health problems and defficult situation, these kinds of thinking brings you nightmare dreams.It is makes you to feel bad on your dreams.Mostly child,adults,teens causes Nightmares.It makes your heart pumps little high and feels bad on you to wake up suddenly.

Fun facts on dreams :

1 : Can animals dream ? Yes they can dream.watch your pet animals while it sleep,you can observe that the animals legs or body parts moves for a minutes.

2 : You can't see the charecters on your dream and you can't remember their face after woke up.You can't remember a particular dream fully.

3 : REM (Rapid Eye Moment), when you see a person sleeping ,his eyes may give moment that is called REM.It makes him to dream about something.

4 : Dreams are very important thing, because it has the power to show the future, present,past.

5 :A real fact is ,Some inventions are invented by dreams.
